I was lucky enough to spend a few months in Mt. Shasta during the changing of the Millenium in 2,000. It was a big milestone in human history and now here we are already in 2012, as predicted by the Mayan calendar as a time of great change. Where will you be and what will you be doing December of 2012? Will you have connected with a greater sense of your own life?

During the turning of the millenium in Mt. Shasta I met a number of powerful, deep, loving souls stepping into their own soul journeys. One was Jasmuheen, a woman who has been inspired to live the path of a breatharian, living on Prana or Light rather than food. It was my first exposure to a real person, practicing what I had only read about in books. Her journey into breatharianism had stages and did not happen instantly, it was exciting to be with someone who was “pioneering” into a state that most of us may not be ready for yet, but may be in the future of human evolution. I’m posting the video below to give you an introduction to what breatharianism is all about in case you’ve wondered.

During the same season in Mt. Shasta I also met a spiritual shaman, Kailash Kokopelli, who creates amazing and wonderful earth / spirit connected music with didgeridoo and all kinds of amazing earth percussion and flutes. Kailash will be sharing his healing music with us here at our Get Healthy Now Club.
